Bạn thường di chuyển, sao chép tài liệu từ nơi này sang nơi khác, dùng cách thủ công chẳng hạn như nhấn Ctrl-C và nhấn Ctrl-V để "dán" vào vị trí mới. Thủ thuật sau giúp bạn tích hợp chức năng này vào menu ngữ cảnh trong Windows Explorer.

Khởi động lại máy tính.
Recycle Bin là nơi để Windows lưu trữ những tập tin, thư mục để xóa. Khi bạn vô tình xóa dữ liệu từ đĩa cứng thì bạn có thể tìm lại đc những dữ liệu mà mình đã xóa ở đây ở trong Recyle Bin. Trong Recycle Bin có chức năng Empty Recycle Bin, chức nang này giúp bạn xóa tất cả các dữ liệu đc lưu trữ trong Recycle Bin.
Để “giải quyết” các tài liệu không còn thiết trong máy tính của bạn đc nhanh hơn nữa bạn có thể sử dụng chức năng Empty Recycle Bin này ở bất kỳ các thư mục, tập tin, ổ cứng, ……
Mở Notepad bạn chép đọan mã sau:

Vào Registry Editor bạn tìm đến khóa
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\DelegateFolders
Xóa khóa DelegateFolders. Thoát khởi Registry Editor.
Bạn làm việc xong với Registry Editor và sau đó thoát khỏi Registry Editor, mặc định Windows XP sẻ lưu khóa, giá trị làm việc trước đó của bạn.
Để hạn chế truy cập của người dùng kế tiếp lần sau vào ngay khóa hay giá trị trong Registry mà bạn mở trước đó bạn nên thay đổi lần truy cập trước của bạn.
Bạn mở Notepad và chép đọan mã sau vào :
